1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing the freelance development services of Saqib.Dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use my services.

2. Scope of Services

Saqib.Dev provides custom software development, web application development (ASP.NET Core, Django, Python), API integrations, and UI/UX responsive design. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide clear requirements and necessary project assets (logos, content, credentials) on time.
• Respond to review requests and feedback cycles within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any third-party materials provided to me for the project.

4. Payments and Billing

All project costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to development. A standard project requires an initial upfront deposit before work commences, with remaining milestones paid upon completion as specified in the project contract. Payments are non-refundable once active development has started for a specific milestone.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment clearance, full intellectual property rights and source code ownership of the custom-developed solution are transferred to the client. I reserve the right to display non-sensitive project screenshots and descriptions in my professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch support and bug fixes are provided for a limited period as defined in the project agreement. Long-term maintenance, hosting management, or new feature additions will require a separate maintenance contract.
